The Castle of the Cross of Labovë entitled Cultural Monument of first category in 1963, is situated near the village of Labovë e Kryqit, Municipality of Libohovë. The fortification was built in a rocky mass disconnected from the Bureto Mountain on the West of Labove. This settlement is also identified by researchers as Paleokastër, named after the hill that bear this name. The average length of preserved walls is about 160 m. A trapezoidal-shaped tower is situated on the South part, while on the West side there is an entrance reinforced with a semi-circular tower. Within the wall perimeter is distinguished home construction. It is thought that the first building stage belongs to the 5th century BC. It occupies an area of 78 ha.
